The Project One team focuses on providing 'trusted support in times of change'

Each regional team dedicated a Friday evening to focusing on what they think Project One should do to maximise our value to our clients in these times of change.  Consultants worked in small teams to shape their ideas and prepare a brief presentation to the rest of the region, along with their own pre-emptive view of the Chairman’s statement for the end of the year!

To encourage some healthy competition, the winning team in each region won the privilege of choosing a charity for a Project One donation – these were NSPCC (chosen by the winning team in the South East), Cancer Research (chosen by the winning team in Yorkshire and Scotland) and Claire House Children’s Hospice (chosen by the winning team in the North West).

The regions were linked up by web cams (with some amusing cross region banter) and the presentations were filmed so that highlights can be shared across the regions.

The evening finished with a relaxing dinner to celebrate a successful year in 2008.

Since the events, the ideas have been summarised, shared back with the teams and used to contribute to the Management Team thinking, prioritisation and plans.
