The Project One team look forward to 2010

The whole team joined together for an evening at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel in Manchester to share our achievements from 2009 and look forward to 2010. The event was themed as a Winter Wonderland ... which was very fitting given the amount of snow in recent weeks! 

Set out as a winter market place, the team visited market stalls which shared our performance and achievements in 2009 and our targets and plans for 2010. Other stalls provided an opportunity to find out more about our work in a variety of clients and about the impact we have had. Games and challenges, ranging from a ski simulator to 'guess the price of the basket', were intermingled with the stalls to get the adrenaline going and enjoy some healthy competition.

Despite the end of a hard week, the team took the opportunity to browse, discuss and contribute, as well as catching up with colleagues.

The highlight of the evening was a truly entertaining and inspiring presentation given by Tony Conway from United Utilities who spoke with passion about the role that the Project One team has played in a major programme he recently directed. 

Yes, there's much to look forward to in 2010!
