Project One is 'outstanding' in workplace engagement

Project One has been recognised as 'outstanding' in workplace engagement, based on the views of our employees in an independent survey conducted by Best Companies.

1086 organisations entered the Best Companies accreditation process, a total of 38% were successful and the following awards were made based on an independent employee survey:

• 50 organisations achieved Three Star Status (‘Extraordinary')
• 140 organisations achieved Two Star Status (‘Outstanding')
• 220 organisations achieved One Star Status (‘First Class')

Although this was a drop from our 2007 award of three stars, we are incredibly proud to receive such a strong score following a challenging year in the consultancy services sector and the economy generally.   The survey data is now being analysed and the results input to short and longer term thinking to ensure that Project One remains a great place for everyone to work and  we continue to provide an outstanding service to our customers.
