Our service is designed to provide experience, expertise and business insight from initial vision through to completed implementation and successful outcome. Working with business leaders and their teams, we keep change programmes under control and focused on delivering results.
This is why we very carefully select highly experienced consultants with the motivation to achieve results with your team. All come from a solid consulting and/or blue chip company background with an average of over 20 years relevant experience, and many have worked at senior levels for big-name consultancies.
As well as drawing on many years of their own change experience, our consultants also have access to the latest collective experience of Project One as a whole. We call this 'Project One Know-How'.

Retained in the Project One Knowledge Lab, our Know-How captures the experience of the whole Project One team, including people who have worked with us in the past, and is constantly evolving. It is accessible to our team at all times regardless of location. Director assurance and advice
Our Delivery Directors work closely with you and your business leaders to clearly understand your goals and challenges and to provide independent advice and informed constructive challenge. Alongside this, they stay close to our team, checking progress, providing support and ensuring that we are maximising the value of our service.
