  • Programme delivery management: Managing the overall programme, working with the Programme Director and executive team, to drive delivery through the workstreams/projects
  • Workstream leadership: Leading delivery of specific workstreams, especially those on the critical path
  • Programme review: Reviewing the programme (or aspects of it) then working with you and your team to develop clear action plans to address any issues - our advice and guidance focus on increasing delivery certainty through practical and pragmatic activities
  • Programme management office: Acknowledging that this is not a ‘one size fits all', we establish what type of PMO is required for your programme - these range from ‘house in order' through to ‘pro-actively driving progress and outcomes'. We set up and/or run the PMO, providing control and visibility which increases stakeholder confidence
