Our recipe for success is simple, we make commitments and we keep them!  As we all know, the key to any good recipe is the ingredients and how they are brought together as the South team found out at The Cookery School.

Every quarter the team get together in each of our regions for an opportunity to network and catch up with one another.  The South regional team held their event at the Cookery School on Little Portland Street to see what they could cook up.  Little did they know that what they were about to cook was in fact going to be served back to us at the chef's table (so the pressure was on with a healthy serving of competition).

Luckily the cookery skills of the team did not dissappoint (or maybe it was the skill of the excellent chef's at the Cookery School) as we finished off the evening with a lovely meal.
